Inspired by the 101 English blogs project this is a blog journalling all that happens in Miss Norat’s English lessons. There’ll be lots of ideas, links to interesting resources and hopefully some work will be on here too with guest posts from students.

To kick things off here’s a quote from the brilliant Dr. Seuss that’s up on D5’s wall:

“The more that you read, the more things you will know. The more that you learn, the more places you’ll go.”

This is particularly important because a key focus at the moment is to try to make sure everyone enjoys reading for fun. A tough call when up against Blackberrys and youtube but I’ll let you know how I do!
